We don’t just get barbers clients — we help them change their lives. And we need a Client Success Coach who’s obsessed with results, hungry to serve, and knows how to push people to win.
You’ll work one-on-one with our barbers inside the High Ticket Barbers program, keeping them accountable, motivated, and focused as they scale their businesses.

Your Role
- Work directly with barbers to keep them on track in the program.
- Help clients set, track, and hit their business targets.
- Run weekly check-ins, reviews, and accountability calls.
- Spot problems before they grow — and help fix them fast.
- Be the bridge between our clients and our training team.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in coaching, mentorship, or client success.
- Confident leading 1-on-1 and group calls.
- Strong communicator — you can motivate, challenge, and support.
- Naturally organized — can manage multiple clients and never miss a beat.
- Has a service-first mindset — loves seeing others win.
- Not afraid to call out excuses and hold people accountable.
Requirements
Direct Client Support
You’ll be the go-to person for our barbers.
Checking in, guiding, pushing.
When they get stuck, you help them through it.
When they slack, you get them back on track.
You’re their coach, not their cheerleader.
Run the Playbook
Our system works — your job is to make sure they follow it.
You’ll guide them through the High Ticket Barbers process and make sure they’re doing the daily work that leads to real results.
Track Their Wins (and Struggles)
You’ll keep tabs on progress, flag concerns, and help celebrate every milestone.
Whether it’s their first $100 cut or their first booked-out week, you’ll be there.
What You’ll Do
Manage a portfolio of active clients and keep them moving forward.
Lead weekly accountability calls and progress check-ins.
Use our systems to track KPIs, wins, and roadblocks.
Work with our team to improve client retention and results.
Deliver high-touch support — no one gets left behind.
