(1) you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, (2) you are of legal age to form a binding contract with High Ticket Barbers Pty Ltd, (3) the information you provided during registration is true, accurate, and complete, and (4) you have the authority to enter into these terms and conditions personally or on behalf of the business entity you represent and to bind that entity to this agreement.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

HTB provides mentoring and training services to barbers seeking to grow their businesses through strategies for content creation, social media engagement, and pricing scalability. Our programs are designed to empower barbers to elevate their income, confidence, and business freedom.

FEES AND BILLING

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information, including your name, address, phone number, and payment details, and to notify us of any changes within 10 days. Fees are billed in advance based on your subscription plan and are subject to change. Payment will be automatically charged to the payment method on file when fees are due.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your subscription at any time with thirty (30) days’ written notice via email to

. No refunds will be provided for payments already made. You remain responsible for all charges incurred up to the end of the thirty-day notice period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal or business purposes related to your participation in HTB programs. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on HTB materials without express written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

HTB will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our programs or use of our services. Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the program or service in question.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HTB, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to:

CLASS ACTION WAIVER

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis, and you may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Melbourne, Australia, in accordance with the rules of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA).

TERMINATION

HTB reserves the right to terminate your subscription or access to our services at any time without notice if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct detrimental to the HTB community. Upon termination, your access to HTB materials and resources will be revoked, and HTB will have no obligation to retain or forward any information to you.

FORCE MAJEURE

HTB is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, labor disputes, or disruptions in utilities or communications.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Your use of HTB services is governed by the version of these Terms in effect at the time of use. HTB reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The effective date of changes will be reflected at the top of this page. Continued use of HTB services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
